This position is for a Host role at Red Lobster, a key part of the guest experience team. The Host is responsible for warmly greeting every guest, managing seating arrangements and wait times with accuracy, and ensuring each customer receives special attention throughout their visit. The role requires the ability to manage reservations effectively and to accompany guests to their tables, providing a seamless and pleasant dining experience from start to finish. This job offers competitive weekly pay and flexible scheduling to support work-life balance. Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
