The Host role at Carrabba's Italian Grill is vital in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests right from their arrival to their departure. Hosts are the first point of contact and play a key role in setting the tone for guests’ visits by delivering a warm and welcoming greeting, managing seating efficiently, and maintaining the flow of the dining room. This role requires a friendly and engaging personality along with the ability to multitask during busy service times. As a Host, you will manage the lobby area, coordinate guest seating in both the dining and bar sections, and support the service staff to ensure each guest feels valued and attended to. In addition to excellent interpersonal skills, the ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in managing the waitlist and be adept at creating memorable first and last impressions that adhere to the company’s high hospitality standards. Emphasizing teamwork, the Host contributes significantly to the overall dining experience, making guests feel at home. This is an hourly position offering a competitive wage of $10.70 plus tips.
