This opportunity is for the position of Host at Red Lobster, a role integral to maintaining the welcoming and exciting dining atmosphere the company is known for. Hosts play a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring they receive a warm reception and a smooth seating experience. Responsibilities include greeting each guest with a smile, accurately quoting wait times and managing reservations, attending to guests with attentive service to create special experiences, escorting guests to their tables while ensuring a flawless dining start, and warmly inviting guests to return. The integrity of the team and guest focus is paramount, with hosts expected to make decisions always considering the best interests of both customers and colleagues. The role demands physical endurance as hosts must be able to stand for shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours and safely lift up to 30 pounds. The pay range for this role is between $16.90 and $25.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to competitive compensation.

Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
