The Host role at Red Lobster is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
  • ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • ability to remain standing and move about the restaurant during 8 to 12 hour shifts

  • willingness to work flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • friendly and approachable demeanor
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • basic proficiency with reservation and seating software is a plus
