Job Description

The role being offered is a Front-of-House team member position that focuses on providing warm and genuine greetings to guests upon entry and exit of the building. This position involves answering telephones, managing reservations and messages, assisting with lost and found procedures, maintaining accurate guest counts and wait times, and performing coat check duties when applicable. The candidate will work closely with the management team to accomplish additional duties as required, uphold the company’s standards of honesty and integrity, and provide an experience that exceeds guest expectations. This role requires multitasking in an environment with varying noise and crowd levels while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Employment is flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays. Candidates will receive training in alcohol awareness and food handling as needed to meet operational requirements. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • successful completion of alcohol awareness training and/or food handler training courses
  • proficient use of reservation application system and headset radio
  • proper telephone etiquette
  • ability to communicate clearly and hospitably with guests and teammates
  • ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor

Job Duties
