- Experience in high-volume restaurants strongly preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage the reservation book and waitlist using OpenTable
- Seat guests efficiently while maintaining proper table pacing
- Communicate with management and service teams to ensure smooth dining room flow
- Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with reservation questions
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with guest inquiries and special requests
