We are currently seeking friendly and personable individuals to join our team as Hosts. The Host role at Metro Diner is essential as it represents the first and last impression guests receive when visiting our restaurant. A Metro Diner Host is the personal representation of the restaurant’s hospitality and quality. This role requires a warm and sincere attitude, as the Host is responsible for greeting each guest cheerfully and sincerely, ensuring they feel welcomed from the moment they enter. The Host must also ensure that all guests receive heartfelt thanks and an invitation to return, reinforcing the diner’s commitment to excellent guest experiences.

As a Host, you will be expected to maintain an organized and attractive front of house while efficiently managing guest seating to minimize wait times. You will handle phone calls promptly, record guest names accurately on wait lists, and communicate effectively with servers, expo, and bussers to ensure smooth and efficient operations focused on guest satisfaction.
