Founded with a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, Red Robin isn't just your typical burger restaurant. It is a team-driven company that thrives on unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun. The restaurant values a strong sense of belonging, welcoming both similarities and differences among its team members and guests. Red Robin focuses on serving up connection, fun, and generosity as bottomless as its world-famous steak fries, making it a place where guests can enjoy burgers beyond imagination in a lively and engaging environment.

Red Robin offers great growth opportunities for individuals looking to build a career in the hospitality and restaurant industry. Many of its managers started as hourly team members, emphasizing the company’s dedication to promoting from within and fostering career development. With an inclusive culture and a mission to make it fresh, fun, memorable, and above all, make guests smile, Red Robin is an ideal workplace for those passionate about hospitality and providing excellent customer service.

The Host position at Red Robin is essential in creating a welcoming and positive first impression for guests. This role is part of the Front of House service team and plays a critical part in delivering outstanding customer service. Hosts greet guests with a friendly demeanor, escort them to their tables, and manage reservations and waitlists when necessary. The ability to maintain a warm, approachable, and positive attitude is crucial since the Host sets the tone for the guests' overall dining experience.

Employment for the Host role requires candidates to be at least 17 years old, and the position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.75 to $15.63 depending on experience and location. The job provides the benefit of flexible work schedules, making it suitable for students, part-time workers, or anyone seeking a balanced work-life arrangement.

In addition to competitive pay, the Host position at Red Robin comes with attractive benefits such as a 50 percent discount on Red Robin food for employees and a 25 percent discount for family members. Furthermore, employees can earn referral bonuses by bringing new team members to the company, participate in an employee stock purchase program after one year of service, and access health insurance options including medical, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage for those 18 and older. The 401k retirement plan with company matching of up to 4 percent is available to employees aged 21 and above who meet eligibility criteria. Paid time off accrues for eligible employees based on hours worked, reinforcing Red Robin's commitment to work-life balance.

Red Robin enables its team members to grow their careers within the brand, creating a supportive environment that values teamwork, passion, and the joy of hospitality. If you are a friendly, enthusiastic individual who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences and wants to work with a fun and dynamic team, the Host position at Red Robin offers an excellent opportunity to join a beloved restaurant company and develop your skills in the hospitality industry.
