- Availability to work day shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests and determine the number in their party
- Seat guests by finding a clean, available table and assist with seating arrangements
- Place clean and current menus in front of guests
- Guide guests through dining rooms and provide necessary assistance
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings especially for groups with special needs
- Ensure place settings are appropriate including napkins, silverware, and all standard items
- Check menus for cleanliness, currency, and availability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
- Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, guest safety, and well-being
- Follow company safety and security policies and report any accidents or unsafe conditions to management
- Complete safety training and certifications as required
- Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome guests according to company standards and speak in a clear, professional manner
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
