Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage waitlists efficiently
- Capability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Age 21 or older for 401(k) plan eligibility
