With a mission that goes beyond serving food, Red Lobster creates memorable experiences where new friendships blossom and guests enjoy their favorite meals in a warm, inviting atmosphere. Employing over 500 restaurants, Red Lobster is deeply rooted in the communities it serves, making each location more than just a place to eat and work, but a cherished local gathering spot. The company prides itself on its longstanding tradition of quality seafood offerings and exceptional customer service, reflecting its founding passion in every aspect of its operations.

The role being offered is a Host position, where the employee will play a critical part in providing an outstanding guest experience. The position offers a variety of benefits including weekly pay, competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and affordable medical, dental, and vision options starting at less than $10 per week. Additionally, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary benefits, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match after one year of service are provided. Employees also have access to anniversary pay (subject to eligibility), discounted shift meals, and a 25% discount when dining as a guest. The company highly values career growth, offering training opportunities and pathways to advance within the organization.

As a Host at Red Lobster, your responsibilities will include greeting every guest with a smile, managing wait times and reservations accurately, and catering to guests by providing special experiences. You will escort guests to their tables ensuring a seamless transition, and provide warm farewells with invitations to return. Your focus will be on both the guest and your team, making decisions that enhance the overall dining experience. This role is essential in setting the tone of hospitality and creating lasting impressions for each guest who walks through the door.

This position involves physical requirements such as the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds. The role requires standing and moving about the restaurant during 8 to 12 hour shifts, demanding stamina and a team-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities are crucial to handle the dynamic pace of the restaurant environment. Red Lobster is committed to making reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Red Lobster envisions a bright future with exciting plans ahead. Their current team and restaurants are strong, but the future holds even greater opportunities for growth and success. Joining the Red Lobster family now is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about hospitality and career advancement.
