We are currently looking to expand our team by hiring Hosts who will serve as the welcoming face of our dining establishments. As a Host, you will play a vital role in setting the tone for outstanding guest service. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests with warmth and positivity, ensuring their initial experience is comfortable and reflective of our company’s high standards of hospitality. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a genuine passion for creating delightful guest experiences, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and read English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Basic proficiency with reservation and seating software advantageous
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
  • Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
  • Provide guests with accurate information about wait times and seating
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
  • Assist in welcoming guests and addressing special requests or needs
  • Promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant
