Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation

- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume periods
- Engage guests in friendly conversation while seating and introducing servers
- Accurately set guest expectations regarding wait times
- Genuinely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
