Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- no previous restaurant experience required
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and effective in busy situations
- team-oriented mindset with a positive, approachable demeanor
- willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- basic organizational and multitasking skills
- previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- manage waitlists effectively to optimize dining room flow
- communicate clearly and courteously with guests regarding wait times and table availability
- prepare and reset tables to ensure readiness for incoming guests
- coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service operations
- handle guest inquiries and requests with a positive attitude
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining area
