The company’s mission centers around four key promises: Make it fresh, Make it fun, Make it memorable, and above all, Make ‘em smile. At Red Robin, the culture encourages team members to bring their personalities to work, creating an atmosphere filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for hospitality that is truly bottomless. The team values diversity, inclusivity, and a strong sense of belonging, welcoming both similarities and differences among employees and guests alike.
This role is for a Host position within the Front of House service team of a Red Robin restaurant. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests entering the establishment, responsible for providing a great first impression by displaying a friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills. The company sponsors health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance for eligible employees. For those who qualify, a 401k plan with company matching up to 4% of pay is available, along with paid time off accumulated based on hours worked. Referral bonuses are also part of the compensation package, showcasing Red Robin’s commitment to growing its team with enthusiastic and capable individuals.
