Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Clear communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to handle high-volume restaurant environment
- Basic reservation management skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating systems helpful
- Must be at least 17 years of age
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Escort guests to their assigned tables efficiently
- Manage reservations and waitlists as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
- Coordinate seating to optimize restaurant flow and minimize wait times
- Assist with general Front of House duties as needed
