Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Clear communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle high-volume restaurant environment
  • Basic reservation management skills

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating systems helpful
  • Must be at least 17 years of age

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
  • Escort guests to their assigned tables efficiently
  • Manage reservations and waitlists as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns
  • Coordinate seating to optimize restaurant flow and minimize wait times
  • Assist with general Front of House duties as needed
