Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- experience in food and beverage service or knowledge of restaurant operations

- flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- manage and organize reservations efficiently
- maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station
- coordinate table assignments to optimize dining room flow
- respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care
- assist team members with any on-floor needs and service support
- uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times
