Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • dependable and punctual
  • flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • experience in food and beverage service or knowledge of restaurant operations
  • ability to support sales efforts through guest engagement and upselling opportunities
  • capability to provide training and guidance to team members
  • strong organizational skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
  • flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
  • manage and organize reservations efficiently
  • maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host station
  • coordinate table assignments to optimize dining room flow
  • respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and care
  • assist team members with any on-floor needs and service support
  • uphold exceptional customer service standards at all times
