This role is a full-time, on-site Host position based in Concord, MA. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and seating guests in a friendly and efficient manner, managing reservations, and maintaining an organized and welcoming host area. Coordination of table assignments will be essential for ensuring a smooth and seamless flow of service throughout the dining room. The Host will also play a critical role in addressing guest inquiries promptly and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall dining experience. Collaboration and flexibility with other kitchen and front-of-house staff members are vital components of this position, ensuring that all guests receive attentive and personalized care. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
