Job Requirements

  • Ability to provide friendly and courteous service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Commitment to maintaining Red Robin's standards of service and hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic proficiency with reservation and seating management systems is a plus

Job Duties

  • Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Escort guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
  • Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist when necessary
  • Coordinate seating arrangements with the front of house team
  • Communicate wait times and updates to guests clearly
  • Assist with answering phone inquiries and booking reservations
  • Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the front entrance area
