Unlike your typical burger restaurant, Red Robin fosters a dining experience brimming with energy, vibrant personalities, and an unwavering passion for fun. The company is deeply committed to creating an environment where guests feel at home, inspired by its famous menu items like world-famous steak fries and gourmet burgers that exceed expectations. Known for its quirky and laid-back vibe, Red Robin values inclusivity and belonging, ensuring that everyone—both employees and guests—feels welcome and valued.

The establishment prioritizes not only excellent food but also delivering connection, fun, and generosity. Red Robin operates as a high-volume restaurant offering numerous opportunities for career growth. Many managers began their journey as hourly team members, reflecting Red Robin's dedication to nurturing talent from within. Their mission to “Make it fresh. Make it fun. Make it memorable. And above all, make 'em smile.” drives every aspect of the company’s culture and service.

The Host role at Red Robin is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience from the moment they walk through the door. The host is responsible for creating a warm and friendly first impression, welcoming and escorting guests to their tables, and efficiently managing reservations and waitlists when necessary. This position is integral to the Front of House service team, requiring excellent customer service skills and an approachable demeanor to ensure guests feel valued and comfortable. Red Robin offers flexible work schedules for hosts, making it an ideal position for those seeking adaptable hours.

Additionally, Hosts at Red Robin enjoy a competitive pay range of $15.05 to $16.30 per hour and are eligible for several valuable benefits such as a 50% discount on Red Robin food with an additional 25% discount for family members. Referral bonuses encourage team growth by rewarding employees who bring new members to the team. Career growth is highly encouraged, with Red Robin offering ample opportunities to advance within the company. Other compensations include bonus programs and the Employee Stock Purchase Program after one year of service with part-time hours.

Health benefits such as vision, dental, accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage are available for employees aged 18 and older. Retirement benefits include a 401k plan with company matching up to 4% of pay for eligible employees who have met the service and hours requirements. Paid time off accrues for team members working sufficient hours after one year, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Joining Red Robin means becoming part of a team that values passion, hospitality, and growth in a fun and dynamic environment. Hosts contribute significantly to this mission by delivering memorable experiences for every guest and embodying Red Robin's commitment to unbridled hospitality and community spirit.
