Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly first impression
- Guide guests to their tables efficiently and courteously
- Present clean menus and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Regularly sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints to ensure a safe environment
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them to return to the restaurant
- Maintain order in the host station and manage guest waitlists effectively
- Assist in coordinating seating arrangements to maximize dining room flow
