Job Requirements

- No prior restaurant experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive
- Manage the waitlist efficiently to minimize guest wait times
- Update guests with estimated wait times and provide exceptional customer service
- Prepare and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and dining entry area
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth seating transitions
- Handle guest inquiries and address concerns with professionalism
