Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required

- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly conversation
- Manage guest seating and guide guests to assigned tables
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of guest and team member touch points
- Present guests with clean menus and offer helpful menu suggestions
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
- Maintain a welcoming and safe dining environment
- Assist in coordinating flexible scheduling to support team balance
