Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
- seat guests efficiently while introducing them to their server
- ensure guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the host area
- coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating and guest experience
