Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and engaging hospitality
- Ensure all guest touch points are regularly sanitized and cleaned
- Engage guests in friendly conversation when seating them and introducing the server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during high volume periods
- Set accurate guest expectations regarding wait times
- Thank guests genuinely as they leave and invite them to return
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant environment following health and safety standards
