This role is for the position of Host, a vital part of the Bonefish Grill team. The Host’s primary responsibility is to exceed guests' expectations with friendly, prompt, and attentive service tailored to their preferences. Acting as the first and last point of contact, the Host is instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels as hospitable as a visit to a friend’s home. The successful candidate will be expected to greet both incoming and departing guests warmly, manage the flow of guests through the dining room and bar areas, and ensure seamless coordination with the service staff.
