Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage them in friendly conversation
- Manage guest seating and maintain the seating chart efficiently
- Ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Present clean menus and assist guests with menu suggestions
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them to return
- Maintain a welcoming and safe dining environment
- Assist in balancing guest flow and wait times
