Job Duties
- greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- guide guests to their tables promptly and efficiently
- present guests with clean menus and make menu suggestions
- ensure all guest and team member touchpoints are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
- sincerely thank guests at the end of their visit and invite them back
- assist team members as needed to maintain a smooth restaurant operation
