Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Guide guests to their tables efficiently and with care
- Present clean menus and offer meal suggestions to enhance dining
- Sanitize and disinfect guest and team member touchpoints regularly
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the dining area
- Thank guests genuinely and invite them back to the restaurant
- Assist with managing waitlists and guest flow during busy periods
