Additional responsibilities include answering phone calls, taking orders to go, and possessing thorough knowledge of the menu to assist guests effectively and promote food offerings. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Full-time employees will be eligible for health insurance after a 90-day waiting period and a 401k match plan after one year of employment, reflecting our commitment to employee well-being and long-term engagement. Servers, hosts, and combo staff receive a 50 percent discount on all food items while on duty, with cooks enjoying complimentary meals during their shifts. Job Requirements

  • A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Restaurant experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greeting guests as they enter
  • Putting guests on a waiting list as necessary
  • Seating guests at tables and providing menus
  • Assigning guests to preferred tables while maintaining table rotation
  • Answering phone calls and taking to-go orders
  • Possessing and utilizing knowledge of the menu
