Olive Garden also provides comprehensive benefits including weekly pay, paid sick leave, paid family and medical leave, medical and dental insurance, and a 401(k) savings plan with company matching after one year of service. Employees enjoy perks like free limited-menu meals during shifts, discounts on travel, electronics, cellphones, and opportunities for career advancement — notably, over 50% of managers are promoted from hourly positions.
