Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety

  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
  • Manage guest seating and waitlist efficiently
  • Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
  • Present clean menus to guests and provide menu suggestions
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
  • Support team members by communicating guest needs and adhering to health and safety protocols
