Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and a warm, friendly demeanor
- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Manage guest seating and waitlist efficiently
- Ensure all guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected
- Present clean menus to guests and provide menu suggestions
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them back for future visits
- Support team members by communicating guest needs and adhering to health and safety protocols
