Job Requirements

- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

- Ensure regular sanitation and disinfection of guest and team member touch points
- Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for guests and staff
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
- Assist with managing waitlists and guest seating flow
