Job Requirements

Ability to stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift
ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently
ability to carry up to 15 lbs
high school diploma or equivalent preferred
compliance with E-Verify regulations

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills towards guests and coworkers
superb reading and writing skills in order to create wait list and decipher wait time
excellent organizational skills
ability to multitask in a high volume setting
high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests
present menus to guests
create and organize wait lists
manage floor plan
answer phone and answer any questions regarding the menu and restaurant
manage the call-ahead/reservation list in tandem with a manager
interact with guests as they leave the restaurant in order to ensure positive dining experience
