Job Duties

  • Own the door by creating a warm and memorable first impression with a smile and genuine enthusiasm
  • Manage the flow by overseeing table availability, managing waitlists and call-ahead seating, and providing accurate wait times
  • Seat guests while engaging in friendly conversation and anticipating their seating preferences and accessibility needs
  • Answer the phone warmly, responding to guest inquiries about menu, hours, or directions
  • Stay knowledgeable about the menu and confidently offer recommendations especially to first-time guests
  • Keep the host stand clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with managers and servers to promptly meet guest needs
