Job Duties

  • Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training checking in staff and reviewing event expectations
  • Act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift supporting staff questions and resolving guest escalations
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
  • Perform hands-on event service including tray service and team-based service execution
  • Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team passing plates attending food stations to ensure high service standards
