Job Requirements

- Prior experience in event, catering, or hospitality roles preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on event schedules

- Prior event, catering, or hospitality experience

Job Duties
- Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training checking in staff and reviewing event expectations
- Act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift supporting staff questions and resolving guest escalations
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
- Perform hands-on event service including tray service and team-based service execution
- Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team passing plates attending food stations to ensure high service standards
- Work assigned stations with your team passing plates passing beverages attending stations
