Job Duties

  • Greeting customers immediately upon their arrival
  • Managing seating arrangements to optimize guest flow
  • Addressing varied customer needs including families, large parties, and business guests
  • Handling orders via phone, delivery apps, online portals, and walk-in guests
  • Ensuring order accuracy and packaging standards
  • Processing payments accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, restrooms, and parking lot
  • Stocking and maintaining wait stations
  • Assisting with bar area cleanliness and Food Runner duties
  • Promoting merchandise sales
  • Demonstrating menu knowledge and ability to answer guest questions
  • Embracing company core values such as Show You Care and Exceed Expectations
