The Night Ambassador role at citizenM goes far beyond typical night shift duties. As a Night Ambassador, you will greet guests with warmth even during the late hours, assist them with the self check-in kiosks, and provide exceptional service while preparing and serving meals, including perfect cappuccinos at 3:00 AM. Your responsibilities extend to kitchen duties, such as dishwashing, food handling, and cleaning, along with crafting signature cocktails and answering guests' questions about local attractions. The role requires you to take ownership during night operations, including managing reservations in the property management system, performing night audits, and being the point of contact for emergencies and special requests.
