We are currently seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager to join the esteemed Patina Group within Delaware North. This vital position is based out of either Orlando, Florida or New York City, with significant travel requirements ranging from 50 to 75 percent. The Hospitality Manager role is a dynamic, floating leadership position responsible for ensuring that guests receive unparalleled experiences at multiple restaurant locations within the group. The successful candidate will deploy as a roving on-site leader, stepping into various venues to support daily operations, stabilize and elevate service execution, and reinforce high hospitality standards.

The Hospitality Manager will work closely with General Managers and site leadership teams to promote seamless service, high-touch guest engagement, and staff development. They will act as an ambassador for the brand, delivering personalized hospitality especially to VIP, repeat, and high-profile guests. The role involves real-time problem solving, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and turning any service challenges into positive, memorable moments. Candidates with experience managing luxury hospitality settings, fine dining, or VIP guest relations will find this position suits their skills well.

In addition to a competitive base salary ranging from $81,900 to $110,600 annually, Delaware North offers an annual bonus plan tied to company, individual, and location performance, along with uncapped sales incentive opportunities. Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of management experience in luxury hospitality fine dining or guest relations
  • ability to travel at least 50 percent of the time
  • willingness to reside or relocate to one of our major operating regions including Orlando or New York City

Job Duties

  • serve as a roving on-site leader deploying to locations based on operational needs peak periods events and leadership coverage gaps
  • support daily operations through hands-on service in host floor management and guest relations roles to ensure exceptional guest experiences
  • evaluate operational performance in real time and implement improvements to service flow team coordination guest engagement and overall readiness
  • partner with general managers and site leadership to reinforce service standards operational execution and strong floor presence
  • deliver personalized hospitality to VIP repeat and high-value guests while overseeing seamless experiences from arrival through departure
  • anticipate guest needs resolve service issues in real time and turn recovery situations into positive outcomes that strengthen guest satisfaction
  • coach and develop front of house teams by modeling luxury hospitality standards and providing actionable performance feedback
  • support events and high-profile experiences while collaborating across departments monitoring guest feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
