The brand has built a legacy not only by focusing on exquisite design and amenities but by fostering a culture that values respect, inclusivity, and professionalism among its team members. The company prides itself on its philosophy that quality service transcends the ordinary, which is reflected in every aspect of its operations and guest interactions.
The Four Seasons Resort in Southwest Florida represents a unique coastal destination that blends the timeless luxury and sophistication associated with the brand with the vibrant culture and soul of the Gulf Coast. As a new flagship location, this property offers a rare opportunity for hospitality professionals to join a pre-opening team and be part of launching an exceptional resort experience. The resort brings together stunning natural surroundings with world-class service, hospitality innovation, and an emphasis on personalized guest care.
The Hospitality Concierge of Rooms role at the new Four Seasons Resort is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the overall quality of the guest stay and the daily success of Rooms Division operations. This senior role encompasses oversight of key departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Concierge, and Guest Services. By steering these teams toward excellence, the role ensures that all guests receive a seamless, warm, and memorable experience reflective of the Four Seasons’ renowned service culture.
As part of the pre-opening leadership team, the Hospitality Concierge of Rooms will contribute to defining and implementing service standards, operational procedures, staffing strategies, and business goals. The position demands an individual capable of managing multiple priorities, mentoring and motivating diverse teams, and responding proactively to guest and operational needs. This leader serves as the acting Director of Rooms in the absence of the Department Head, providing strategic oversight and maintaining high standards throughout the resort.
In addition to operational leadership, the role requires collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to optimize occupancy, maximize revenue, and enhance guest satisfaction. The position also involves hands-on guest interaction during high-priority situations, handling VIP arrivals, and resolving guest concerns swiftly and professionally.
Successful candidates will bring extensive luxury hospitality management experience, preferably with a background in pre-opening environments and a deep understanding of Four Seasons’ service culture. The role requires strong financial acumen, familiarity with hotel management software, and flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills considered advantageous.
Working at Four Seasons means becoming part of a family dedicated to the highest standards of hospitality, where team members are valued, developed, and inspired to deliver their best work. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support personal and professional growth, health and wellness, and work-life balance. Joining this leadership team offers not only the chance to lead operational excellence at a premier resort but also to play a vital role in crafting unique experiences that leave lasting impressions on guests from around the world.
