The Morning Hospitality Ambassador role, specifically as a Concierge and Breakfast Attendant at Concord Hospitality, is a vital position focused on enhancing the guest experience from the very start of the day. This role includes greeting guests with a warm smile and positive attitude, setting a welcoming tone for their visit, and serving as a knowledgeable local guide who can provide excellent restaurant, entertainment, and directional advice. Scheduled from 5:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., this position offers an hourly wage of $16–$17. The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for service, a can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in engaging with guests to make their stay memorable.

As the first point of contact for many guests, the Breakfast Attendant plays a pivotal role by maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, restocking food and supplies, and ensuring everyone receives attentive and efficient service. This role requires continuous area maintenance to provide a consistent and pleasant breakfast experience regardless of when guests arrive. In addition to hospitality tasks, the Concierge-Breakfast Attendant is expected to be well-informed about local amenities such as grocery stores, post offices, highways, and entertainment, thereby becoming an invaluable resource for guests planning their day.
