Job Requirements

TABC certificate

Job Qualifications

Experience in event supervision or management
Knowledge of food and beverage service
Strong customer service skills
Experience in bartending and cocktail preparation
Food handling and safety knowledge
Ability to manage teams effectively
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Job Duties

Run events from beginning to end
Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams
Ensure event timelines and service flow are followed
Provide exceptional customer service
Set up and break down event spaces
Prepare and package food in kitchen
Transport menu items to event sites
Provide onsite food preparation
Mix and serve drinks including beer, wine, and cocktails
Coordinate warehouse operations
Drive food truck and cook onsite
Collaborate with team members to ensure event success
