Hilton is currently seeking dedicated Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join its team, playing a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms and hotel areas. This role is fundamental to maintaining Hilton's brand standards, which emphasize impeccable hospitality and guest comfort. Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning assigned guest rooms thoroughly, which includes making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting furniture, vacuuming floors, replenishing towels and guest amenities, removing trash, and restocking the housekeeping cart daily. These tasks require meticulous attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to quality, ensuring that every room is presented to Hilton’s high standards.

The position demands physical stamina and the ability to stand, bend, lift, and push carts throughout the shift while working diligently to meet daily room cleaning quotas. Employees must be prepared to respond promptly to guest requests, perform deep cleaning tasks when necessary, and ensure that rooms are properly prepared for arriving guests to create a welcoming atmosphere. This role is typically compensated between $16 and $35 per hour, depending on factors such as location, experience, and hotel size, with an average wage around $16 per hour. Many Hilton locations may offer opportunities for overtime, weekend, or holiday pay premiums.
