Job Description
We are a well-established hospitality group based in New York City, recognized as one of the longest-standing and leading groups in the industry. With a diverse portfolio of multiple restaurant concepts, we have built a reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences and creating an environment where both customers and employees thrive. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond our food and service to include a strong focus on team development, career growth, and a supportive workplace culture. We pride ourselves on our ability to adapt and innovate in a competitive market, ensuring that our businesses remain successful and continue expanding. As we continue to grow, we offer our team members tremendous room for advancement and professional development opportunities that align with their personal and career goals.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Service Kitchen Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the Culinary Manager and involves working closely alongside them to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective management of kitchen resources. The Full-Service Kitchen Manager will be instrumental in executing systems and processes that uphold our standards for quality and profitability. A key aspect of this role is leading and training kitchen staff to build a positive, collaborative, and productive culture. Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment are essential for success in this position. Candidates with experience in high-volume full-service settings, especially those familiar with Irish cuisine, are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a strict requirement. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary above industry averages, 100% paid health benefits, profit sharing, paid time off, and a 401K plan with a company match. Our work environment promotes a healthy work-life balance, reflecting our commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of our team members. If you are a culinary professional seeking a challenging and rewarding managerial role in a dynamic hospitality group, we encourage you to apply today.
