We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Service Kitchen Manager to join our team. This role reports directly to the Culinary Manager and involves working closely alongside them to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective management of kitchen resources. The Full-Service Kitchen Manager will be instrumental in executing systems and processes that uphold our standards for quality and profitability. A key aspect of this role is leading and training kitchen staff to build a positive, collaborative, and productive culture. Effective communication skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment are essential for success in this position. Candidates with experience in high-volume full-service settings, especially those familiar with Irish cuisine, are highly encouraged to apply, though this is not a strict requirement.
