As an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer, Towne Park encourages applications from all qualified individuals, including veterans and those with disabilities, reflecting their inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
Towne Park is currently seeking High-End Hotel and Restaurant Valet and Cashier Attendants to join their team in downtown Fort Worth. These roles offer competitive wages ranging between $12 to $14 per hour on average, with additional compensation available through cash tips. Employment opportunities extend to notable properties including the Sheraton Fort Worth Hotel, Grace Fort Worth, 61 Osteria, and Sundance Square, where selected candidates may be considered for placement depending on business needs and qualifications. The work schedules involve various shifts, including standard times from early morning to late evening and mid-shift hours that adjust to resort business volumes, providing a flexible working environment.
The High-End Hotel/Restaurant Valet and Cashier Attendant roles require a dedication to delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service that embodies Towne Park's commitment to hospitality excellence. Valet attendants are critical in managing the safe and prompt parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, assisting with luggage services, and providing a welcoming atmosphere by opening doors, greeting guests by name, and offering personalized assistance ranging from taxi directions to local attractions information. Cashier attendants handle financial transactions related to parking services, ensuring accuracy in revenue collection and maintaining detailed records of guest interactions. These positions demand professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
Candidates for these roles should possess a high school diploma or GED and hold a valid driver’s license. Prior experience or training in related fields is preferred, complemented by a strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to perform basic math operations and comprehend written instructions. Physical endurance is necessary as the roles require extended periods outdoors, often subjected to varying weather conditions, and the capability to lift or move heavy objects occasionally. The ability to operate a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is highly desirable for valet positions.
Joining Towne Park means becoming part of a team that truly values making an impact daily by creating smiles and memorable experiences for guests and clients. The company supports employees with benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity coverage, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan, reinforcing the company’s dedication to employee well-being. Towne Park's commitment extends beyond employment to ensuring a supportive environment where team members can thrive both professionally and personally while contributing to the company’s legacy of hospitality excellence.
