The position available at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is that of a Custodian, who plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all public and team member areas within the casino. This role is pivotal in creating an inviting and attractive environment that encourages guests to choose the casino for their entertainment needs repeatedly. Custodians are responsible not only for the orderly upkeep of floors, walls, ceilings, windows, and various fixtures but also for supporting the larger goal of superior guest service. They actively contribute to the guest experience by ensuring that all spaces are clean, orderly, and welcoming. This role requires excellent attention to detail, an understanding of proper cleaning techniques, and the ability to operate various floor maintenance equipment. In addition to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, Custodians at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana are expected to act as mentors to fellow team members, fostering a positive work environment and supporting the team-oriented culture of the casino.

The Custodian will be tasked with routine janitorial duties such as emptying garbage cans, stocking supplies, and cleaning memorabilia cases, glass windows, and entryways. Physical demands include the ability to push or pull up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions safely and efficiently. Custodians must also follow strict safety protocols to handle hazardous cleaning materials responsibly. Job Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain all licenses and certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission
  • must successfully pass background check
