Job Requirements
- Must be at least 25 years old
- Meet all applicable state and platform eligibility requirements
- Own or have access to a 4-door vehicle (2010 or newer recommended) in good working condition
- Maintain a valid driver’s license, insurance with name on it, registration, and safe driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and support teams
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional service
- Complete background screening and motor vehicle record check
- Pass drug screening
- Have vehicle inspected
- Complete required safety and passenger-assistance training
- Provide proof of personal auto insurance meeting state requirements
Job Qualifications
- At least 25 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Good communication skills
- Ability to use mobile app technology for scheduling and trip management
- Previous experience in driving or transportation services preferred
- Understanding and commitment to safety protocols
- Ability to handle passenger assistance when needed
Job Duties
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to members needing medical appointments
- Communicate effectively with members to ensure comfort and clarity of trip details
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow all traffic laws and platform safety protocols
- Complete required training and compliance checks including background and vehicle inspections
- Manage trip schedules via the Wingz platform by accepting or declining trips based on personal availability
- Deliver professional and courteous service to all passengers including seniors and individuals with mobility challenges
