Premise Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Health Center Concierge to join their dedicated team in Celebration, FL. This role is crucial as the first point of contact for client employees visiting the Health Center, where providing exceptional, white-glove customer service is paramount. The Concierge will excel in a fast-paced medical office environment, demonstrating outstanding organizational and time management skills while supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. Being computer savvy and fluent in either Spanish or Haitian Creole adds an important layer of capability to meet the diverse needs of the community served.
As a Health Center Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting patients warmly, assisting with the registration process, managing visit expectations, and acting as a helpful guide and escort within the facility. A key part of the role includes resolving insurance and billing inquiries, coordinating referrals and medical records transfers, and supporting care coordination to provide a seamless patient-centered experience. Working within a supportive and mission-driven team, you will contribute to maintaining the Health Center’s welcoming appearance and brand standards while fostering positive patient interactions.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a medical office preferred
- Fluent in Spanish or Haitian Creole
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

Job Duties
- Greet patients with a smile and assist through the registration process
- Extend a warm and caring approach to all patients with respect for diversity
- Keep patients informed of wait times and manage visit expectations
- Help patients navigate the health center and escort patients as needed
- Ensure health centers uphold Premise brand standards by posting only branded and approved materials and maintaining a welcoming appearance
- Research a patient’s outstanding out of pocket expenses and resolve errors
- Resolve eligibility problems, incorrect claim charges, and claim denials
- Resolve questions about whether services are condition specific or related to preventive care
- Coordinate information flow of benefits between dental, medical and other healthcare providers within the medical community
- Assure correct application of specialist provider network status Care Coordination
- Coordinate referrals for patients through insurance and other physician offices or specialists
- Facilitate the transfer of medical records and lab results
- Assist in arranging DME equipment following discharge from the hospital
- Facilitate reviewing of test results with another physician for diagnosis confirmation
- Coordinate and make arrangements for diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care for patients with complicated medical issues
- Foster communications and coordinate benefits with insurance companies to create a smooth patient centered experience
- May require other duties as assigned
