As the Health and Safety Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the safety standards across our project sites within a designated district. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from USD $140,000 to $165,000 per year, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best safety professionals in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and continuously improve occupational health and safety programs, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

This position requires a hands-on leader who can analyze safety trends and data, providing insights that drive proactive interventions to prevent accidents and injuries. You will be responsible for conducting thorough safety orientations, trainings, and toolbox talks tailored to project-specific needs and timelines. Additionally, you will manage safety reporting, including the accurate documentation of incidents such as accidents, injuries, fires, and property damage. Timely tracking and follow-up are vital components of this role to maintain safe work conditions and avoid project delays.

Collaboration is a core aspect of this position. You will work closely with project managers, crew members, safety teams, and external industry experts to develop and implement effective safety procedures. Your expertise will guide equipment maintenance and procurement processes to ensure crews have all necessary safety resources before construction activities commence. You will also oversee the investigation of workplace incidents and the implementation of corrective action plans, ensuring root causes are addressed and future risks mitigated.
