  • Baking and pastry degree preferred or 3+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills and organizational intuition
  • Ability to learn new techniques quickly
  • Availability for early mornings weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Lead the team by hiring onboarding training and mentoring staff
  • Grow the pastry program by expanding the team and bakery capabilities
  • Run commissary operations including scheduling production and optimizing efficiency
  • Develop new sweet and savory recipes inspired by South Asian flavors
  • Manage inventory and supplier relationships while ensuring profitability
  • Maintain high quality standards and health safety protocols
