Job Duties
- Lead the team by hiring onboarding training and mentoring staff
- Grow the pastry program by expanding the team and bakery capabilities
- Run commissary operations including scheduling production and optimizing efficiency
- Develop new sweet and savory recipes inspired by South Asian flavors
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships while ensuring profitability
- Maintain high quality standards and health safety protocols
