This well-established community prides itself on fostering a warm, welcoming environment where every staff member plays a critical role in enriching the lives of older adults by delivering top-quality culinary services and compassionate care.

The role of Head Cook at Northpointe Woods is a dynamic and hands-on position within the Community Culinary Services Department. This position requires full-scope cooking production, combining culinary expertise with leadership capabilities to ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service. This is a hospitality-focused role that demands a passion for food preparation, attention to detail, and a dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences for senior residents.

In this leadership capacity, the Head Cook not only executes standard menu cycle programs but also contributes creatively to menu planning, theme buffets, specials, and holiday events. Collaboration in ordering, production planning, and operational execution is essential to optimize kitchen efficiency and resident satisfaction. The role also involves a customer-facing element, where the Head Cook interacts directly with residents to evaluate food quality, presentation, and satisfaction, adjusting operations as necessary to continuously improve the food service experience. This opportunity offers individuals who are enthusiastic and compassionate about senior care an environment where their culinary talents and hospitality skills can thrive in a meaningful and impactful way.
