Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • several years of culinary experience including line cook and management roles
  • knowledge of Oregon local food sourcing preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • physically able to stand for long periods
  • capable of lifting heavy items
